Matt Foy –Salmon Restoration Biologist

Matt Foy joined the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in 1980 and has since worked on various enhancement and habitat restoration programs throughout BC. Since it’s formation in 1995, he has been based exclusively at the DFO in the Lower Fraser area. Matt is senior biologist of the Resource Restoration and Community Involvement Section of the Ecosystems Management Branch and is involved with local individuals and organizations active in stream restoration and enhancement, and watershed management.
