We are looking for educational, environmental and nature displays.

We invite governmental agencies, naturalists, green & outdoor clubs, green businesses, nature oriented artists and crafts people to participate during the weekend of our Festival this year.
VENUE: The venue for exhibitors is Site #1 at the Leq’a:mel Hall First Nations Community Center which is open Saturday and Sunday.
The Leq’a:mel First Nations Hall is located at:
43101 Leq’a:mel Way, north of the Lougheed Highway (#7)
just east of Deroche, B.C., V0M 1G0.

| *IMPORTANT* RE: POSTERS |
We do discourage the use of hanging posters on the walls of The Leq’a:mel First Nations Hall, due to paint being easily damaged. There will be a charge if any of the paint comes off. The only acceptable tape is painters tape. No exceptions. |

| VENDORS FEES: | * There is no fee for Non Profit Educational Displays.* Crafters, Artisans and Commercial vendors are asked to keep a record of total sales for the weekend and pay 10% on these sales. Parking |
| PARKING: | .We ask exhibitors to unload exhibits at hall and then park in lower parking area if they are able. (walking restrictions, health issues, etc.) |
| DISPLAY CONFIRMATION: | Confirmation will be made on a first come basis. |
| GREEN POLICY: | We encourage all exhibitors who plan to buy lunch at Leq’a:mel Hall to bring their own cup, bowl, plate, and utensils. Thank you. |
