We are looking for educational, environmental and nature displays.
How to become an exhibitor:
1. Please read the info below
2. Fill out application form
3. Non-profits – NO TABLE FEE
4. Businesses* – Mail in $10 (per table) fee new for 2013
* Booking is complete for businesses when table fee is received.
Types of exhibitors:
We invite governmental agencies, naturalists, green & outdoor clubs, green businesses, wildlife displays, nature oriented artists and crafts people to participate during the weekend of our Festival this year.
Venue:
The venue for exhibitors is Site #1 at the Leq’a:mel Hall First Nations Community Center which is open Saturday and Sunday.
The Leq’a:mel First Nations Hall is located at:
43101 Leq’a:mel Way, north of the Lougheed Highway (#7)
just east of Deroche, B.C., V0M 1G0.

| *IMPORTANT* RE: POSTERS |
We do discourage the use of hanging posters on the walls of The Leq’a:mel First Nations Hall, due to paint being easily damaged. There will be a charge if any of the paint comes off. The only acceptable tape is painters tape. No exceptions. |

| POWER BARS, EXTENTION CHORDS: | Please bring your own equipment. |
| VENDORS FEES: | 1. NON-PROFITS: * There is NO FEE for Non Profit Educational Displays. *2. BUSINESSES FEES: A. New for 2013: $10 (per table) fee B. 10% of Sales. Crafters, Artisans and Commercial vendors are asked to keep a record of total sales for the weekend and pay 10% on these sales. The Festival is a Registered Charity |
| PARKING: | We ask exhibitors to unload exhibits at hall and then park in lower parking area if they are able. (walking restrictions, health issues, etc.) |
| DISPLAY CONFIRMATION: | 1. NON-PROFITS: Confirmation will be made on a first come basis. 2. BUSINESSES: Booking is complete for businesses when table fee is received. |
| GREEN POLICY: | We encourage all exhibitors who plan to buy lunch at Leq’a:mel Hall to bring their own cup, bowl, plate, and utensils. Thank you. |

2. BUSINESSES - NEW Registration Fee - $10 per table
Our registration fee for a business that wishes to promote itself is $10 per table to reserve your space..
The FVBEF Society does request 10% of profits from sales that occur during the Festival.
Please include $10 fee as partial payment from the sales profit. (i.e. 10% profit $100 - $10 fee = $90 donation to FVBEFS).
NO tables will be reserved for the organization until the table fee is received and verified to clear by the issuing bank.
Please note these changes apply only to businesses that are selling items at the event.
